Tim went above and beyond! the trailer tail lights weren't' working, he tested it on the trailer, no issue. Turns out that I had a bad fuse, which he found, marked and told me where to get a new one. I really appreciated the extra time and effort he put out. I also showed up early and he rushed from the Post Office to take care of my pick-up. He helped me put on my new hitch. A positive experience all around.
