Was not my original drop off location. Was changed by U-Haul prior to drop off date. Small convenience store with no other trucks so unsure about where to park. Was also further way from my home than other multiple u-haul locations
David Gperson on counter was having problems with our reservation. He eventually had to call customer service. We were there 45 minutes for we though was a simple pickup. We were on a timeline. Language barrier
