Location contact was not even at this location. Had to wait several minutes for the guy to call her then wait longer for her to call back and complete the rental. Truck was clean and drove very good. The two usb ports did not work so I had to buy and use a converter for my phone.
Kory MShannon was excellent helping me with my truck. Did not know the truck didn't come with a ramp and neither did she. Had to call U-Haul roadside assistance bc Check Engine light came on, oil pressure dropped and I was afraid to drive it. Service crew was there quickly and looked at all mechanicals. After 1.5 hours, I was cleared to continue. I was about 80 miles from home. I returned truck and tried to tell the evening Manager about the event, but he was difficult to understand and I don't know his native language. The roadside response team was excellent.
CYNTHIA NGreat location of late drop off. Being a gas station he was still open after 9pm hour. I did not have to worry about dropping it next day before leaving for work trip.
