I reserved, and a U-Haul representative confirmed the day before my pickup that I was to have a utility dolly, but when I picked up the 10' truck, I was given an appliance dolly and told that was all they had. This negatively affected moving my son to New York, as we had to carry things that would have fit on a utility dolly. Not good business practice to expect me to settle for less than was reserved and previously confirmed.
