the receptionist at American storage center was so helpful when i got confused about the uhaul pickup process! my only complaint would be that the verification process took much longer than i expected it to, but i understand why

CLIFFORD RThe pick up location was terrible, the office area was filthy and cluttered. The counter had no place to put the contract down to sign. With about 300 miles to go the A/C went out on the truck. It was 93 degrees and very humid. The truck ran well.
