Randy HIT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE TRUCK I ORDER WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY GAVE US THE WRONG TRUCK DOUBLE THE SIZE. AND WE HAD GOT STUCK IN THE ROAD TRYING TO MOVE OUR BELONGINGS. WE HAD TO WAIT HOURS FOR ASSISTANCE. I CALLED AFTER THE WHOLE ORDEAL TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED AND MAYBE GET EXTENDED TIME ON RETURN SO I CAN FINISH WHAT I NEEDED TO DO AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO SPEAK WITH ME OR OFFER ANY COURTESY TO EXTEND MY RETURN TIME. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH UHUAL BUT I WILL NO LONGER.
