Blake DHere is a head's up. I was originally booked for a mobile pick-up since Lucky's Pizza who manage the U-Haul service was going to be closed. The link to video on how to do the mobile pick-up was sent to me by someone at your main office, but it didn't work. So I called Lucky's directly on how to do it and she walked me through the process. Big Problem when I downloaded the app which I thought I had done through Google Play or something...can't remember which website I tried to download from. I downloaded it and it asked for my credit/debit card number as was to be expected. However, within seconds of entering the number, I received a fraud security alert from my bank and I ended up having to block my card. So maybe there are fake sites out there for the U-Haul mobile app? Fortunately, the woman who manages the U-Haul rentals at Lucky's allowed me to come in early on her day off (I absolutely needed the truck because I had to move by 5/1) and give her a friend's credit card number to use instead. She was very accommodating about this solution. I could have paid cash deposit instead but she said that they couldn't accept cash.
William RLuckys was a great experience for me. The customer service was excellent at pick up and returning. The truck was very clean and parking lot was well maintained and safe. The traffic department for U Haul provided a rental for me during the busiest time of the year which was most appreciated. I highly recommended Luckys as a dealer and it’s a great place to eat as well. Sincerely
