Nobody was on onsite to check our rental in. My wife couldnt unhook the trailer by herself so I had to leave work. Called the number listed no answer, other tenant onsite had a different number and informed us that the uhaul rep would not be coming to help. Very unprofessional

It was scheduled to open at 10. We got there at 9:45 so I tried to self check in. Had a lot of trouble with uncoupling the trailer. 1/2 hour to 40 minutes later I got another customer waiting to help me and was successful. We got out of there about 10:30, no employee had shown up. I told a couple of customers where an alternate location on Pacific Ave and they left.Another customer said he was there last Saturday and no one was there at noon. Not bad customer service, no customer service.

TERESA MA little confusion over taking the picture of the license plate with the phone. I have it. email said it was expired to post it or something. And maybe say 'take the picture and text it to 'fill in the blank''.
TERESA MHold employees accountable for doing their jobs thoroughly and when an error on UHauls part is identifiable, offer an apology or at the very least extend the courtesy of taking accountability for their error that caused unnecessary humiliation in front of other customers present at the time.
