A little confusion over taking the picture of the license plate with the phone. I have it. email said it was expired to post it or something. And maybe say 'take the picture and text it to 'fill in the blank''.
TERESA MHold employees accountable for doing their jobs thoroughly and when an error on UHauls part is identifiable, offer an apology or at the very least extend the courtesy of taking accountability for their error that caused unnecessary humiliation in front of other customers present at the time.
HOWARD CFalse advertising. Fees that resemble a class action lawsuit. Predatory policies with many hidden fees and charges. Lost a customer for life. I have used uhaul for over 20 years and moved many houses, it gets worse every year.
