This was the worst experience I have ever had renting a moving truck. I was contacted the day before telling me there was no truck at the location that made the reservation. The told us we had to go to a completely different CITY to pick up the truck. My 22 year old daughter had NO WAY to get to the truck. SHe had to Uber there for 90 dollars. Total BS. Also, we went to the site during her graduation, 3 weeks before the rental to give all of our information and they would not take it and did not mention at all that we may not have a truck. This caused so much stress in our household. I will never rent a truck from U-Haul again and I am going to blast this eeverywhere I possibly can.

STEVEN BEverything was great person at the counter was friendly and helpful. Motorcycle trailer was clean and looked well maintained. I did do a good walk around to make sure wheels l, tires and lug nuts were all there and in good shape.
