The truck still had straw in the back. There is something wrong with the brakes. The truck runs hard. Uhaul has gone up way too much on mileage. I've been using Uhaul for 30 years for my business. I won't be back.
SALLY SPlease don’t charge people for things that are not accurate. I took a picture of the gas that was in the rental and bought it back with the same amount but got charged for gas. It’s unfortunate because I was going to always use this location if needed in the future but I see was to charge people is what they will do
DAPHNE JLocation owners were very accommodating to pick-up and return times. Terry met me 3 hours before opening time in order to facilitate my schedule. Pick up and return were seamless.
JEFFREY LThe only reason I rated the experience excellent is because of the agent at the pickup location, I apologize that I don't have her name because she was amazing. However, your on-line check-in is a joke. It's the second time I have used it, and both yielded the same results. It is cumbersome and too time consuming. To make it worse, in both instances, something didn't come through so the check-in process was manual and so the checking in "early" is simply a waste of my time. I won't do it again.
