I want to thank Jen at Oakley Storage for her help during my latest U-HAUL rental. First, she called on the day of my pick up, which was a huge help. She informed me I could even pick up my rental earlier than my scheduled time, that helped out greatly. When I arrived for the pickup, U-Haul corporate computers were down. She knew I was in a time crunch, she gathered my information and was able to complete the process after I left, then emailed me all my information. Another great help. She even texted and called me after that process to make sure all was good on my end. She even went above and beyond when the drop location I wanted to use was not showing on the U-Haul website as an option, she called that location and verified for me to be able to drop off my rental at the most convenient place. True representation of great customer service!
