This was a new location for me to use; I was not disappointed. The location had an excellent selection of trailers and trucks to choose from. Although I rented one trailer, I realized when I saw the size, I needed a bigger one. They accommodated that request immediately. The trailers had the new catch which made the hook up really easy. The trailer was in good condition and worked flawlessly. I will be using them again.

Very accommodating when we identified some missing items.
GREGORY NEasy to get there, easy to check in, easy going site manager. While Uhual has made some significant changes to their renting procedure, (scanning your ID, etc). The whole process still went pretty quickly and smoothly. She already had my trailer loaded with the items I rented and was ready to go. This is my favorite local Uhaul rental spot for sure.
THERESA HThe equipment was dropped off a day earlier so no one was there. The Dropbox was used. So no one personally helped.
