NEVER allow a customer to pick up a vehicle at this location before the sun has risen. This area is very run down and poorly lighted. This location is so unsafe that the Uber driver didn't want to drop me off.

Ck for bad tires Before renting

Not only were they able to help fix my reservation, they helped me with the check-in process and walked me through everything there was to know about the U-Haul before leaving. The check-out process was easy and straight forward too. I really want to that D&M Automotive for an excellent rental experience from start to finish. I will be recommending their location to anyone who asks me.
