Exceptional service by the attendant. He took personal ownership of the rental and made sure I was comfortable by explaining the terms and let me know that I should clean the truck and return it with gas at the same position as I took it. Overall, very pleasant experience

I was given minimal customer support and then charged an extra $20 for dropping the key in the return box and not entering the return info on my phone. Seems like a way to up charge old people.
