Yevgeniy ZI had Albuquerque Police call me while I was at work telling me that I'm going to be charged with a 4th degree felony for embezzlement of a motor vehicle if I don't get the truck back. I explained that I've been calling to extend service and never had a issue with the people I spoke to on the phone, This girl tried getting more money from me, accusing me of stealing the truck, left me I a tough spot because I was moving and no longer had the truck, she was rude when I arrived and I will never rent from that location again. I had to tell my boss what was going on and that I had to leave to go take care of it. It was humiliating.
