One gas station attendant while trying to get the u-haul while still running the gas station. Recommend having a dedicated person for the u-haul services. Additional signage would be useful as well.

I rented the truck at nearly 9:00 AM because I was waiting for other customers to leave. I returned it minutes before 11:00—with gas that I shouldn't have had to fill up given the very low mileage I drove—and yet they still charged me $77. It makes no sense
