It would have saved time and money if there was a dolly available in the truck but unfortunately there was not. I had to pay a worker to help me move the rest.

JARRED MNEVER allow a customer to pick up a vehicle at this location before the sun has risen. This area is very run down and poorly lighted. This location is so unsafe that the Uber driver didn't want to drop me off.

Not only were they able to help fix my reservation, they helped me with the check-in process and walked me through everything there was to know about the U-Haul before leaving.
