Only thing I had an issue with was taking the pics required of the truck, they wouldn’t download to send & took quite a bit of time at the end to do the checkout because of it

We have rented from U-Haul many times. This time the truck was a piece of crap, it was old, and could barely go when you press the gas. Never again!
Nicole H126,000 miles sounded like it was going to fall apart very shaky. Received with less than a 1/4 tank gas. Had to stop and get gas when we left the location. Would never had drove it far if I had needed to.

I followed the process as best I could, left the key and called customer service. They noted it in my account and verified I returned the truck. Excellent customer service all around! Thank you!!
