The representative charged me for 2 day's rental when I reserved the vehicle for 4 hours and only had it for 3 hours and 21 minutes. When I reviewed my receipt and questioned the charge, she stated she couldn't adjust the charges and refered me to customer service. Customer service reversed the overcharge. Business at this location needs to be audited and scrutinized.
Alisa BThe location was fine. The people were fine. The U-Haul system is terrible. The fact that you pay for mileage, then you pay for time then you also pay for gas is just nickel and dining to get to a higher price. I will try everything I can to not use you all next time
