I did a mobile drop off, but it was very easy and the lot/location was easy to navigate and appeared quite clean.

This was a horrable experience. Had to travel to 3 different location to pick up truck i ordered online was excessivly charge for my inconvenience.

THOMAS LIssues with online return
JANET SNo one there, I do not agree with self drop off. Older people still need guidance and that’s not what this drop off was. However the person I called (U-Haul) guided me through and then got back with me for confirmation through email. It worked out fine.
