Smoothest U-Haul rental location ever. The woman who helped us was very courteous and thorough. Will definitely use this convenient facility again.
Jay MThe location is primarily a storage facility. The employee was busy helping a storage customer and recommended that I use the app to check in. I tried but had problems with the app so I had to wait and she checked me in herself. She did a thorough job inspecting the exterior of the truck with me, however, she did not mention that the parking brake and towing feature may be on and how to turn them off.

William BThe manager I spoke to by phone at the time of my initial return when I called to extend was dishonest, deceptive, lacked patience, professionalism or listening skills and as a result was unfairly charged a full additional day for only a few more hours in the truck. I’m very saddened and hurt by that and may not use UHaul again!
