The key to my truck was not in the lock box so I had to wait 1.5 hours after my reservation till the business opened in order to get the truck. The business opened 1/2 hour late so I ended up leaving 2 hours after I was supposed to. Not a great experience.

From the road way you can’t see the address and there’s no sign saying U Haul you have to get out of your car to see the address and the drop box for the key and the yard is Very for parking a 26-inch truck,
