Dear Paul Kelly, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent rental of the Toy Hauler Trailer from the Ace Hardware location in Alma, MI. I returned the trailer this afternoon approximately one to two hours past the original return time. Upon arrival, I was informed that the rental cost had doubled. When I requested to keep the trailer for the remainder of the second 24-hour period I was now being charged for, the store manager told me, "If you take the trailer I will call the police and report you for theft." I requested a refund for the difference between the two-day charge and the actual time the trailer was in my possession. The manager refused to contact a supervisor and instructed me to leave the premises. I would like to request a refund for the difference between the two-day rental fee I paid and the actual time I utilized the trailer. Thank you, Daniel Dunlap (989) 302-1652

Trash in truck at pick up! Charged for SafeMove Insurance when I did not agree to those charges . Truck had low oil pressure alert and Low tire pressure Message on dashboard. Very low quality service provided by the Owner of the Location. A total refund of roughly 24.00 was all that was offered in return of low maintenance vehicle and unsafe to drive. Do not recommend anyone to rent from the Alma MI Sunoco Location on Superior St! I Reccomend AceHardware in Alma Mi for rentals!
JADE AI was overcharged. The trucks engine light was on. The rear tire was low. I refused the 15 dollar insurance, only to then be charged 30 dollars. I returned the truck within the 6 hours and got charged for 7.5
