I didn't receive a padlock for back door of truck I'm not sure if I had to pay for one or not and it wasn't brought up either. I also I'm not sure happened but one of the personnel returned my call to say they don't have any 15 foot trucks reserved?? But I then called to uhaul number and shared about this they said they would call to find out and they said manager does have my reservation, I then had to get a ride because I missed my bus to go because of no reservation issue , but it eventually worked out. But I won't go back to this one in alpine again.
