Only downer was that is we had to drive to a small town that, towing the trailer, took a little over half an hour to even get there. We are aware of several U-Haul locations in the Vancouver/Battle Ground vicinity so we’re disappointed that one of the closer facilities couldn’t take the trailer. This is nothing against Amboy location.

Put a jack on the trailer. It is ridiculous to not have one on a dual axle 6x12
ROBERT RCustomer service was lacking and the transaction did not go smoothly with payment. Should have Apple Pay or have suggested that I go online to pay, which I ended up doing but on my own accord. They just didn’t know much about technology or their product. Nice people but I wouldn’t rent there again.
