They treated me well!! When I first called I was told a representative from U-haul would call to tell me where to pick up my vehicle bit no ever called until after I returned the truck!!! At tht time I was told I had a reservation!!! WOW Go FIGURE THT ONE 🙄

Trailer had a terrible vibration. I should have rejected it.

MICHAEL BThe location and staff were amazing. However, going though web sign up was a nightmare. Dealing with Columbus regional office was even worse. Would not recommend that experience to anyone. Now once the unit was on site the location staff was great. Grade A!!!!
