The original pick location was changed which I didn't receive until I had already arrived. The inconvenience wasn't that bad but it would have been better to receive the notice the day before especially since it was an long distance move.

The business was closed when the truck was dropped off at this location. The property was clean and looked well taken care of. With help over the phone I was able to do what was necessary for drop-off. The customer representative on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with drop-off instructions. The only good service I received throughout the process.
Yawnita WThey treated me well!! When I first called I was told a representative from U-haul would call to tell me where to pick up my vehicle bit no ever called until after I returned the truck!!! At tht time I was told I had a reservation!!! WOW Go FIGURE THT ONE 🙄
