I had to talk on the phone to someone to get the trailer. The guy at the location was just there to hook the trailer up. the trailer ended up having a water leak. The reason to getting this trailer was because of the chance of rain and I ended up with a trailer that leaked the rain. When I called the guy back he said to call 1800 go uhaul. I did and reported it. we were offered a replacement but I drove an hour to get this one and did not have time to run somewhere else and get it loaded for the night
