the check in process online/with app was super difficult and stressful. had no idea uhaul would be asking for multiple people to call for verification and my passport. it took over an hour. spam filters from friends was blocking uhaul calls to them. truck and location were great though.

Christina CThe gas gauge was wrong, but other than that, no problems at this location. I was not told when I made the reservation that it was an unmanned pick up location, nor was I told about the $1.19 per mile charges until I was on site and picked up the truck.
Charles TThis was an unmanned drop off location. We did not see anyone while we were there. Phone/internet service was not good there which made it very difficult to use the app for the drop off procedure (be sure to already have the app downloaded before you get there). Luckily there was one parking spot available for the truck when we arrived. This location was most convenient for us.
