The one renting trailer out couldn’t get it in right even though we had reservations and took 30 mins then door and license plate were bent up not in great shape

HOWARD RTold them I bought extra days and turned the truck and trailer in early and wanted a refund for unused days they seemed clueless so as far as I’m concerned it’s a rip off racket and will be reporting it to the better business bureau

TROY SI had multiple problems with communication with the website and number I called screwed things up even worse. The website is not user friendly.
