The attendant was amazing, very friendly and helpful.
Jennifer RVIP Postal itself was nice, however the online check-in process is overly confusing and agents were largely unhelpful through chat and phone. I don’t plan on using any Uhaul location in the future because of how much of a struggle it was to get my van rented.
