The truck was dirty snd smelled awful. Even though I selected self check in I still had to go inside and wait to get the keys and was asked a bunch of stupid questions. Then instead of giving me the keys to the assigned truck the sales person says, " let's go see what truck i can give you ". Um no. I was assigned a specific truck. Had i not known ehat is was doing since I rent from uhaul several times a year i could have left out of there with a different truck
