I ordered a 4 wheel dolly and a utility dolly; however, I received two utility dollies instead. This made moving a little more difficult than it should have been.

My experience at this location was good but overall experience with u haul was terrible. I went to the location that called to confirm reservation night before . I had to call multiple times for anyone to come to the door and once they did i was told that the reserved vehicle would not be there for two hours. Not only did i have to go to a different location i had to get a bigger size. It was a horrible experience and would never recommend again

ELAINE RAbsolutely nothing to improve upon with this representative. They went above and beyond to assist me with checking in over the phone and were the most helpful rep I have associated with. If they're is a way to offer them some financial gains by all means please do so!
