Keep your commitments. Make sure you have the equipment ordered. Don't make your customers drive for hours because of your inability to properly reserve equipment.
ALAN HThis location is not convenient, not near my home, and in the opposite direction of my scheduled trip. It was hard to get the lock off/open (the top lock is high for my 5 foot 5 inch frame and hard to work), the lock was dirty, there was the smell of fecal matter around the space. The extra items ordered weren’t in the truck.
