Very disappointed with this U-Haul location. I reserved a 6x12 cargo trailer and declined the insurance, but my final bill came out to $320 because they added insurance anyway, plus extra charges for a dolly and furniture blankets I never ordered and never received. To make matters worse, the location (Baca Enterprises) even called me right after I picked up the trailer asking if I had taken the dolly and blankets. I told them I hadn’t and didn’t request them, and they assured me the charges would be removed. Instead, they kept them on the bill. This feels very sneaky and dishonest. Always check your reservation and final bill carefully at this location because they will try to add on charges you never agreed to.
