Availability of trucks is horrible. After booking a truck a week in advance to move my son. I find out that I would have to drive near 2 hrs to get a truck. No fault of macmillans petrocan. Uhaul is not able to take care of customer needs. If you can not provide a service, don’t offer it.

owen bAfter waiting a week after making a reservation, this is what |I get, notified 2 days before my move with NO TIME TO REBOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!! Wrong equipment, 10ft & auto hauler not available after all, given 15ft truck & tow dollies Wrong location, more than twice as far away Called reservation desk multiple times, can't help, systems down. Sounded like a party in the background. Rude, uncaring uhaul reps At pickup I was told that since I had to drive more than twice as far as the original booking location (Twice - there & back, so 4x further) that they'd only charge me $0.69/km instead of $0.99/km and now they've charged full price so I have to spend more time on the phone. A couple days after return, some odd additional charge was TAKEN FROM MY CHEQUING ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION Uhaul got nothing right. The whole transaction seemed VERY VERY VERY SCAM-LIKE AND NOW THEY ASK ME HOW MANY GD STARS THEY DESERVE!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN, and I'll be telling EVERYONE !!! GET LOST
