Jiten was very courteous and helpful. The location was easily accessible and had a good choice of various sizes vehicles and trailers. It's was mostly half free and quick. Although, the truck i rented was clean, it was not well maintained, it was loud, bad engine smells, and drive like a dog... I'm glad it was local because I'm not sure the truck would have made a long distance run.
