Got charged a lot more miles than what I drove, horrible service. Very disappointed

I'm absolutely disgusted by U-Haul for this location. It was very unsafe (3 random guys followed me around, I was concerned about getting mugged to the point where I had a friend on the phone ready to call police). The service was abysmal, and the trailer itself had rotten food in it. I couldn't even check the trailer before leaving because of how dangerous the situation was. This experience has me questioning whether I will ever use U-Haul again. It seems safer to spend the extra money on professional movers just to avoid such an extreme situation in the future.
jacob vThe cab was not clean and the vehicle was on empty. Glad I was able to make it to the gas station.
Timothy KInside of the truck was not clean also overcharged of four prices.the back door was hard to open.
DRECEE SThe glass inside and out was dirty and hard to see through. The rear view mirrors were hard to adjust, and the back cargo door was difficult to open, other than that it did the job . Thank you
