The truck doors barely close. There were warning lights blinking on the dashboard as well as a message to service tire motion system. The truck could have been clean inside the sitting area. I was not given a receipt at time of purchase (I assumed it would be emailed) nor sent an email of the estimated price but he showed me the screeen and the estimate was $179. When I came back to return a different man (cleaely not equipped to process the return) just said was OK you are all set your reeipt will be emailed to you, leaving me to believe the total had not changed from the earlier estimate. But hours later when the receipt was emailed they charged me an extra $20 making the total $199. Not having any explanation as to the additional changes. I assume it was legit and so I didnt make a fuss but had the man been able to close out my purchase when I returned I would have been able to ask what the difference in price was for. Over the experience could have been better but I and not mad at the employees. I will just try a different place in the future if the need for a truck comes available.

KALAH RGot charged a lot more miles than what I drove, horrible service. Very disappointed
Daniel GI'm absolutely disgusted by U-Haul for this location. It was very unsafe (3 random guys followed me around, I was concerned about getting mugged to the point where I had a friend on the phone ready to call police). The service was abysmal, and the trailer itself had rotten food in it. I couldn't even check the trailer before leaving because of how dangerous the situation was. This experience has me questioning whether I will ever use U-Haul again. It seems safer to spend the extra money on professional movers just to avoid such an extreme situation in the future.
