It's not this store fault. But I made a reservation well in advance to pick up the trailer in cathedral city only to sit there an hour to tell me they didn't have my trailer and that I needed to go to anza and pick up the trailer an hour in the wrong direction. I work in the rental business and if a customer calls and wants equipment we have it brought to our store for them to come get not make them drive an hour out of their way after taking an hour to figure it out. So I lost 3 hours, an hour in your office an hour drive to anza and a hour back to cathedral city. The lady's in anza were very nice and helped us get out of there as fast as possible. Your cathedral city office needs help a lot of help. I only need a car trailer a few times a year but if this is going to be what it's like to rent one I will just buy one.
David pThe break light in the tow dolly that I rented was never screwed in and continued to pop out. After popping it back in every time I stopped for gas, it finally broke off.
