Follow state/county guidelines, regardless of your beliefs this is an establishment in the community for the community. Wearing a mask in your workplace protects the customers you are tending to. When your whole staff/crew at your business refuses to wear a masks you put your customers at risk.
The load ramp was not 6 feet wide and I could not use trailer as intended. Won't be using U haul as a option again.
Lady who runs this place is the rudest woman on the planet. I will NEVER return to this establishment. I have lived in this area for over 30 years and I plan to tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. It's very sad, as the previous owners were wonderful people.
we had to drive to 4 diferent places only to be told that we should go to a diferent place.
Better customer service. Staff was grumpy.
Didn't see drop off location - movers dropped off the truck.
Service was great. Fast and easy to rent a truck for the day Keep up the great service.
My experience was amazing. The man who helped was a true gentleman and I will be coming back if I ever need a uhaul again!
dropped off after hours and got charged. Was never told about that.
Make the Uhaul website more user friendly for after hours drop off.... it was too hard to navigate and find the steps for online drop off. It was impossible to complete this task without help on the phone. Even the girl at Auto Works said "it's a joke." Also, I've been excessively charged twice for a total of $322 due to Uhaul errors that I had to fight to get refunded. The truck was new and clean but it needs air ride for a better experience.... my kidneys will never be the same. And get a decent radio in these trucks for crying out loud!! Seriously? No CD player? You try driving one of these trucks for 2400 miles and see what it's like! Over all, i would never do this again.
It was clear that there was no secure after hours drop off. I and three other customers parked at the curb outside the locked fence. Because I had a trailer, I had to hitch, chain and lock it with my own combination pad lock to reduce risk of theft. I left combo # and gave up the lock.
Easy drop off!
The front office lady was really helpful because we made a reservation online but went to the wrong Uhaul location.
Representative was friendly, met me as I pulled in and directed where to drop off, closed out ticket, provided additional information, and made reservation for next rental. Can't think or anything to improve.
Maybe vacuum the truck first.
I originally had a pickup location confirmed, then was directed to another location. This location was not open, so I was directed to a 3rd location. I was 90 minutes late to my destination due to all this running around. Not happy!
Dan was great!
These people were a complete No Show during their regular business hours even though I called ahead as instructed! No answer / No return call! I had to park the truck in a dubious location and leave it unattended from Sat. afternoon until Mon. morning!
cant think of anything
When I made the reservation I was picking the trailer up in Hesperia, Ca. with drop off in Lake Havasu City, Az. Two days before the pickup I got a text with a phone number to call regarding my reservation telling me the pickup location had been changed to Autoworks. The day before the pickup I got another text to call a number in Apple Valley which turned out to be Autoworks. By the time I saw the text they were closed. I left a message and showed up to pickup the trailer with no problems. After I picked up the trailer I drove to the location to load it and noticed the left tire appeared to be low. I checked the tire pressure and found there was only 14.5 psi in the tire. Fortunately I had access to an air compressor and inflated the tire to the proper pressure. The tire was on the outside edges consistent with being run under inflated. The tire was also cupped indicating it was in need of balancing. When I was done with the trailer I looked at the address to return and found it was in Havasu Lake, Ca. This about a 70 mile one way trip to drop off the trailer when there are at least five U-haul dealers in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. I contacted U-Haul customer service and spoke with Heather who resolved the problem by finding a local U-Haul dealer to drop it off. When I dropped it off the proprietor was very friendly and told me this confusion about Havasu Lake, California and Lake Havasu City, Arizona occurs frequently.
I was told id be charged 25 a day for the extra day but was charged double
