The truck we used was out of alignment, always pulled to the left, the driver door doesn't shut all the way. When you use the air it smells like electrical wire burning. I've rented from your company for several years, however y'all been going downhill. Sending out crap trucks, trailers.

GEORGE BMax and the other gentleman were over the top, friendly and helpful and accommodating in every way possible. Unfortunately, the renter prior to us smoked in the truck, which made it impossible for me to drive and only my husband could drive as I’m highly allergic to the cigarette smoke residue.!! Other than that, the customer service was top-notch!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We highly recommend 10 star for this location!!!!
MICHAEL SWe waited like 20-30 minutes just for someone to come to the front desk. They were busy doing an oil change, surprised it even took that long to change oil.
