Reserved 15 foot truck in one location, several days later reservation was moved to a second location, then a third. Third location was app pick-up only. App didn’t work as smoothly as we were told. Had to call UHaul staff to walk us through it. Key was stuck in the “box” and difficult to remove. Truck was dirty in the back and had to be swept out before use. I would recommend UHaul to a friend, but would also recommend a pick-up location that is staffed. Nothing against this particular location, I will just choose not to pick-up via the app again.

This worked out great for us. Closest pickup to Alta, Ca. Ask for a few added miles without cost if traveling west.
