It was pouring down rain and they didn't even greet me when I came in they were to busy sitting around on their phones to even acknowledge me and when I said excuse me I need to drop off a car transport. When I finally asked well where do you want it they said just out beside that box truck. The 2 initial guys never stopped messing around on their phones at least the young lady who finally showed up was cordial. Nobody bothered to help me park the trailer or unhook it even though it was pouring down rain. When I picked it up in Prattville they were great they guided me to the trailer and connected it up for me. The difference between the 2 locations was night and day.
