The pickup remote was rough. Bad cellphone reception, an inability to complete the transaction because the app did not approve the remote payment, and no one to help me through these issues led to a 90-minute delay on my first move day. Someone did come after about a 45-minute wait, but they had to cancel the existing order and re-create it while I waited.

They didn’t clean the truck I had to and the check engine light was all ready on and truck and 32 miles to empty and I fell put 38 back in when I rent it

Randy LI was hoping the car hauler would be hitched up to the truck and ready to go when I arrived. It was not. I hitched it myself.
