Attendant wasn't very knowledgeable.
PETER WI had poor Internet connection at this location, and the app requires Internet for all of its functionality. Additionally, the app is not optimized at all. It took me over an hour and 3 phone calls just to rent the truck. In the future I will make absolutely certain to go to a location where I can rent in person instead.
