The whole process was awful, clerk at store refused to help. Vehicle parked needing a 3 point turn to get out of parking lot and no back up camera equipped. You lost me as a customer forever will seek rentals trucks elsewhere

I’m not sure how to address it maybe by having the location add public wifi for the uhaul customers but the service in this area is a dead zone and requires traveling up the road to the park to get logged into the app and upload all the truck photos it took me 25 or more minutes to pick up my truck and almost 45 to return it this evening that’s crazy

Lakia EDon’t take advantage of me with excessive fees for fuel surcharge and tolls. The 24/7 mobile check in wasn’t as easy as it could be. App buttons are hidden and can be highlighted to improve customer experience.
