When we arrived there wasa reservation but no truck available. There was another reservation where the person was a no show so that reservation was cancelled and we were allowed to take it. The staff were excellent in helping us.

Van not washed anytime recently. Broken windshield. Lots of unmarked damage on a van with only 6500 miles on it. I purchase your trip insurance because I don't have any trust that I won't have issues because you're customers beat up your vans.
