KIMBERLY HI made a reservation at the Ashland City, TN location 2 weeks prior to my pickup date. I received a call from someone at the Madison, TN location office days before my pickup date. The woman said I had to pick up my truck in Pleasant View, Tennessee which was an inconvenient for me. I went to Ashland City, Tennessee U-haul store the next day. They were able to work it out so that I could pick it up with my original location in Ashland City because it was a truck available there.
