Employee was not there when I went to pick up at 11 am. Was very rude over the phone when he returned to his office at 2:30 pm. Dead animal remains on trailer. I will NEVER use this location again & NEVER recommend.

pam kArrived before office opened. Never entered the facility. Left the trailer at dropoff location. Called twice and left messages regarding the return; asking for a callback to confirm return. Never received a call back. Finally received a return confirmation email 2 1/2 hours after leaving the last message. after
ANDREW TI use uhaul trucks alot .when the ashland city office opened up it was a blessing the professional staff goes beyond the call of what other offices do for their customers.Keep up the good work and you will continue to have our business.
