Well I’ll start by saying my original truck was supposed to be picked up at 9, however I got a text on moving day and 6:45am that the person who has my truck needs more time and can I push back my move to noon. To which I said no I couldn’t and chose to see what else you all had. There was a 26” truck in Willard but that was way too far, so we decided on a 20” truck from Ashland. This was a huge inconvenience for myself and my team of people who voluntarily came to help me move. Because the truck was smaller we had to make more than one trip to storage and then the final to Parma where I am landing. Thankfully I had a few really good agents who gave me a 50.00 credit to my house as well as give me enough miles to cover all of the extra movement because it’s a smaller truck. Because of these credits and allowances I was able to move from Mansfield to Parma with just leaving the balance to 218.04 or something like that. While this was incredibly annoying for me to deal with, your agents made sure I was taken care of and that made my overall experience a 10/10. Thank you for everything, UHaul! We appreciate you all!

CHARLES FThe app was down when i was trying to pick up my self service u-haul. this made it impossible to pick up at the requested time. The cellular reception at this location is horrible as well, trying to work through the app of picking up and returning vehicle with bad cellular reception is not the way to go.
